$65Join us on Wednesday, for a one of a kind Wine Dinner featuring some amazing wines made by the son of Caymus- Joseph Wagner. There will be 5 courses, so come hungry. This is the second wine dinner this year- FoxFire hopes to feature at least one beer or wine event each month. We hope by doing so we can give our customers more, and let our kitchen have fun creating new flavors and classic dishes. It is truly a win-win – the customers get to taste classics like Duck Confit and Beef wellington. There will also be a vegetarian menu available. Course 1
Steorra Champagne : Palate: Lemon Sorbet, Apples, & Baking Spice.
Serve with a Poached Pear salad with candied walnuts, mixed greens, crazin, poached pear, and fried brie crouton.
Course 2
Elouan Chardonnay: Palate: Passion Fruit, Peaches, & Buttered Popcorn.
Served with Pan-seared Sea scallop- cauliflower puree, bacon crumble, golden raisin puree.
Course 3
Belle Glos Pinot Noir: Palate: Sweet Cherry, Cranberry, & Just-baked gingerbread.
Served with Duck confit, sweet potato hash, cherry port sauce, rocket.
Course 4
Quilt Cabernet: Palate: Chocolate brownie, brown sugar, & rhubarb.
Served with Beef wellington with Madeira sauce. Beef tenderloin, prosciutto, mushroom duxelles, puff pastry

Beran Zinfandel: Palate: Cherry & dark chocolate with coffee & coconut.
Served with Chocolate mousse on a chocolate sponge cake base with crunchy gianduia
