FoxFire Restaurant has been a favorite lunch and dinner destination for the Geneva and surrounding communities for fifteen years. To celebrate this special anniversary year, chef K.C. Gulbro and FoxFire staff are offering a variety of special events and delicious menu items.
“New Year’s Eve is one of the most popular evenings to dine out, and we go all out to make it an exceptional experience for our guests,” said chef Gulbro. “On December 31st, we’ll be offering our full dinner menu, live entertainment, and three unique specials to ring in the New Year. We believe that our guests prefer the option of choosing their meal off of our full menu, with some special additions to choose from, instead of having to purchase a costly dinner package.”
FoxFire’s New Year’s Eve menu will include their regular options, but will also feature Chilean Sea Bass with a miso glaze and Asian-style broccoli, Lamb Shank with mushroom polenta and glazed carrots, and Prime Rib au jus with horseradish cream sauce.
“The Ron Porter Trio will provide live New Year’s Eve entertainment for the evening,” added Gulbro. “The doors will open at 5:00 pm. Reservations are required and can be made online with a credit card. There is a $50 cancellation fee.”
FoxFire will also be open Christmas Eve, beginning at 4:30 pm. “Our reservation list is getting filled, but we currently have some reservations available for 8:15 pm and later,” said Gulbro. “Our menu for Christmas Eve will feature Alaskan King Crab Legs with drawn butter, crispy skin Duck with tart cherry plum sauce, and Prime Rib au jus with horseradish cream sauce.”
